What does GreenBook cost?

9% on the Network route and 6% on the Direct route, included in the day rate you pay. The contractor's rate isn't reduced.

Who engages the contractor?

GreenBook, as an employment business. The contractor works through their own limited company, and GreenBook manages the documents, checks, timesheets and invoices.

Can we use contractors we already know?

Yes. Invite them to GreenBook on the Direct route (6%), or keep them with their current supplier and record them as an external supplier, with no GreenBook fee.

How long do we have to check a timesheet?

2 business days. Anything you don't query by then is approved automatically.
